Our packaged products are designed to help the genomics and genetics communities, with a special focus in the
area of genetic sequence variation identification, and related areas.

GANT (Gene and Annotation Navigation Tool)
GANT is our free gene browser. GANT is a stand alone gene browser that allows you to
search for a gene and display it alongside any associated annotation. You can interact with the gene, easily see the
gene structure, zoom, scroll and copy/paste sequence (along with many other features). GANT is a service
based application that is extensible and pluggable. GANT gathers genomic data and annotation from publicly available sources
and as new plugins are created for new sources, more data can be used.
We also offer a blazing-fast primer picking service in GANT. Our optimized
Primer3 server allows you to design primers for a whole gene in a matter of seconds.

Bio::POD
Bio::POD (Prioritized Oligo Design) is a stand alone Java
application intended for researchers that need to manage small to medium datasets for a mutation
identification or sequence variation screening project. The application enhances research efficiency
through automation of several tedious research tasks and a unique data analysis, the PAR algorithm. Bio::POD was
designed to allow small research groups to perform the same research as large labs. Bio::POD was
developed from the academic research prototype software named the PrimerViewer. Bio::POD is built on
the framework of our free gene browser, GANT, but adds key data analysis that help direct mutation
